According to Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, every limited company needs to have a registered office in Hong Kong, for maintaining statutory records of the company and receipt of acknowledging government’s correspondence.

Maiwo Accounting Services provides Registered Office Service to Companies who want to set up a company but have not hired an office space in Hong Kong. Our Annual fee is only USD125.

Company Secretary:

According to Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, each limited company should have a company secretary, who should be: 

1. a Hong Kong resident, or
2. a Hong Kong registered limited company

The duty of company secretary is to maintain proper company record as required and stated in Companies Ordinance (not accounting records). These include: 

1. submit annual return to Company Registry;
2. maintain shareholders and directors records;
3. file proper return to Company Registry as and when certain transaction happens, such as allotment of shares, legal charge of asset etc.

Maiwo Accounting Services provides Company Secretarial Service Packages to Companies who do not have personnel with such legal knowledges. Our Annual fee is only USD200 which covers a wide range of company secretary services.
